Yoga DVDs and CDs

Encouraged by her students in the early 1990s to make a yoga dvd so they could continue their practice "with her" during the week while away from class, Lee Ann gathered their requests and made two yoga dvds. Each is 60 minutes in length and includes lovely, flowing music, concluding with "final relaxation" (savasana).

DVD I
This yoga dvd is for students at the beginning to intermediate level.
It is available in the boutique for $13.95.

DVD II
This yoga dvd is for students at the intermediate to advanced level.
It is also available in the boutique for $13.95.

CD
Lee Ann has also made a cd of savasana, or relaxation, working through each body part to enhance a deeper and more complete relaxation experience.
This cd is 15 minutes long and is available in the boutique for $9.95.
